Eating Drumstick on first Trimester

Respected Doctors, Is it okay to eat boiled drumstick (vegetables) during first trimester? Some people telling to avoid as it may lead to miscarriage. Is it true? Kindly need your advice on this . Thanks in Advance.

Drumstick can't be your staple diet.  Why do you want to do experiments on yourself ? Avoid Drumstick for a few days.  You can have them later. Drumsticks is not such a popular dish that we should have literature on the subject.
