Eardrum rupture

It has gone week.My 1/4th eardrum at lower side of eardrum is ruptured due to tight slap. After one week i went to doctor and he daignosed dis as above.(for 1 week i took antibiotics and kept cotton in my ear for safety and no-infection) 1) Should i go for myringoplasty (which is also called as procedure that take 15-30mins in which gel is placed on rupture to construct it back and heal it back ). (Cost - 5000 to 6000/-) 2)Or should i wait for normal recovery? 3) or should i go for operation (cost- 32000/-) 4) what care should be take pre and post (according to ques 1.)

As it is a traumatic perforation , please wait for 3 months for it to heal , else you need to undergo surgery and close it.
