Ear pain and water is keep coming out

Since last 29 days ear seems to be heavy and little watery. She had homeopathy meds then it was fine a bit then again since last 2 days it started to pain and water has been keep coming out. She applied Glybiotic and from today taken Tab Gudcef CV 200. Please suggest any test to be done to find out root cause of the illness

Need a proper physical consultation with ENT doctor for otoscopic /oto-endoscopic examination of ear to know status of tympanic membrane and a Pure Tone Audiometry to know status of hearing.
Next Steps
Keep ear absolutely dry, don't allow even a single drop of water inside Never put ear buds or anything else inside the ear.
