I am getting itching on ears and if I try to put ear buds getting head ache..please suggest...I don't have any pain on ears and any other problems

Might be you had ear wax.. Use soliwax ear drops.. it will dissolve wax .. If still persists you need consultation

Your itching can be due to a number of reasons. Use of ear buds is not advisable. Keep the ear dry while bathing.
