My mom has ruptured ear drum...So she is having ear infection.... Her ear is paining and having pus.

You need to show her to ENT specialist. Till then you can give her Tab. Augmentin duo 625mg thrice a day Tab.Levocet 10mg once a day Tab. Neksium 40mg once a day Tab. Xerodol SP twice a day Avoid entry of water in that ear by putting Vaseline soaked cotton while taking bath. Take these medications for 5 days.
