Ear congestion
Having ear pain congestion like having resound when speaking.. i think it is coz of cold within.. what can I do?

Seek immediate opinion from ENT specialist. It can be acute otitis media. If left untreated can lead to hearing loss or tympanic membrane rupture.
Can even be wax clogging ear. Removal of wax can improve symptoms. To do so you need proper diagnosis.

Ear pain with a blocked or echoing sensation is commonly due to wax, Eustachian tube blockage after a cold, or a middle-ear infection. The exact cause needs an ear examination.

Ear congestion with a cold usually means fluid buildup behind the eardrum from a blocked eustachian tube. Steam inhalation and a saline nasal rinse a few times a day often help it drain.
Health Tips
Don't insert anything into your ear to relieve the pressure. That can make things worse or even hurt your eardrum. If it doesn't ease up in a few days, please see an ENT.
