Hi Doctor, I am feeling like my right ear is blocked and also while burping there is a weird noise coming from my right ear. Please suggest what is this problem

It may be a case of serous otitis media. So, when you burp or yawn, the connection between your middle ear and nasopharynx is causing the displacement of air or bubble which on impact with the posterior surface of tympanic membrane is causing the sound that you are mentioning. Consult with proper history for better management.
