Last 15 days i have ache(not pain) in ear and under ear less swollen in gland with ache. It is serious issue? Or others??

Plz explain in detail along with a picture of the swelling ... This can be due to a lymph node swelling in the parotid gland , plz consult an ent specialist in detail
