My son is having loose motion watery shall I give O2 syrup if yes how much ml should be given and how many times a day and when should be given after food or before Please suggest

I need exact weight, age and exact status of childs condition...don't give antibiotics as mostly diarrhea is due to viral infection in children...rest u can contact me for any further query
