I have had PCOS for 10 years. My cycle got longer every year. Last year in Oct my cycle was 38 days and my weight was 71kgs. I have been trying to conceive for 6 months. In October I was prescribed latrezol and I conceived. But I had an early miscarriage at 6-7 weeks. My Hcg reached 3000 and then it started falling. I had a natural miscarriage. I took crasanta in January and February to regulate my cycles. My LH and FSH levels improved. I also lost weight during this duration. In March my weight was 65 kg. My doctor had discontinued OCP. I had a natural cycle of 30 days. I also had LH peak on the 15th day. I was also starting to see faint lines but my periods came. I could not conceive. My doctor has advised me to try naturally this month. On my request, she has put me on Duphaston for the 12th-24th day. I am not sure if it is the right window to take progesterone. Shouldn't it be after ovulation? Please guide
