Cold water and foods like ice cream can help your pain. Plain paracetamol can be taken for pain if unbearable

The best approach will be to contact your orthodontist as he is the best judge for any such situation because he has evaluated the case clinically and knows what treatment is being given to you. Regards.

There is pain expected for initial few days after putting braces since teeth are tightened together and braces also hurts the lips and check since it’s an extra thing on your teeth - so give some time for adjustment .
Next Steps
Need to take painkiller to relieve pain. Have to be taken occasionally as and when required .
Health Tips
Increase your mai again every after braces .
