Dryness in vagina

Due to rectocele and cystocele I face problem while passing stools... I have been advised to put finger in vagina daily while passing stools by my gastroenterologist...I've been doing this since 2020... Since last week I'm experiencing burning sensation in vagina,also vagina has become dry,(no mucus in vagina)..Facing lot of pain and burning sensation while inserting finger in vagina(seems like vagina has become tight..Ive never faced such problems before...Kindly advise...
