Dryness in nose and thorat

Hi, Since last 2 weeks I am feeling dryness in my nose and thorat. My lips are also getting dry. Sometime I feel numbness in my tounge. Feeling very tired also. I have started to drink lot of water but still i feel those symptoms. I have removed my tonsilis in childhood. 2 weeks Prior to start those symptoms I was taking 1. Ciprofloxacin 500mg - 1+1 2. Acebrophylline 100mg - 1+1 3. Rabsec - Daily 1. All for 5 days So does it happened due to side effect of this medicine. Will this go on own What do I need to do. Please advise

Hi , you need to drink 3 ro 4 lit of water in a day  replenish. You are getting dehydrated. Start taking juices . You will be all right .
