Suddenly, I see a dry white mark on back of my neck. What's the reason for its appearance.Is it dangerous? How to treat it?

No it is initial stage , if it is not treated properly then it convert into vitiligo or leucoderma. Don't take steroid medicine in this because it only suppress the problem after some time it again reappear .Take homoeopathy or ayurveda medicine so it will treated permanent.
