Dry scalp and scalp pimple
I have very dry scalp with lots of pimples around the scalp, I apply coconut oil every 3 days. Suggest me a good lotion to cure the pimples and one good serum to get rid of dryness in the hair.

If too much of dryness and pimples are there you need to avoid using oil that frequently it can further trigger blockage of pores and further pustules and irritation. Regularly can use medicated anti fungal shampoo
And for dryness of hairs and frizzyness can use conditioner or hair moisturisers
