Please suggest a good & economical alternative for Systane Ultra eye drop, for dry eyes due to long screen time. Is Heal Hears or CMC any good? Thanks

If you manage your screen tlme with a gap in between, proper ventillated chamber, there may not be need of lubricants.

You can take Refresh tears eye drops, 2drops 3times a day. Pl consult Ophthalmologist for better evaluation and treatment.
