Will my dry eyes be gone even that I don't use artificial tears? What if I stop using artificial tears? What will happen? Is it will get worse? Please give me some good tips to get rid of my dry eyes. Thank you.

Dry eyes need a long treatment , prepare yourself . Not putting tear substitutes can cause heaviness , headache , foreign body sensation to big issues like photophobia , Blepharospasm and keratitis . Better keep putting the drops and use good molecule from a reputed company
