Does dry eyes gives headache? I'm having headache and dizziness recently, no power, but have dry eyes. I'm not feeling hungry, no other symptoms, feeling fatigue at times

Get an eye test done. Use Carboxymethylcellulose eye drops for dry eye 1 drop on both eyes 4 times a day for a month . Headache and dizziness could be of ENT cause too you need proper evaluation. Consult for proper management and treatment .
