I have dry eyes disorder .some doctors say that it is uncurable .is this true . please tell me where can i go for the the treatment

you need not to go anywhere. use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop follow 20. 20. formula ie close your eyes for 20 seconds after every 20 minutes. don't sit facing towards A.C.. wash your eyes frequently with fresh and clean water. take omega 3 fatty acid one cap once or twice daily.
