Dry cough , weakness

Having dry cough since two weeks. Had fever for two days. Now there is no fever. Having weakness and body ache since 3 days.

Hi dear if there is no fever then its nothing to be worried about Take syp benadryl cough formula for 7 days three times a day and do saline gargles 3-4 times Please consult after 7 days to inform your status Weakness and body ache could be the result of fever and will become normal in a few days Keep yourself hydrated and eat proper diet. Dry cough might  be due to upper respiratory infection also, just get a chest x ray to rule out lower respiratory infections.. If you are not having fever, no need to worry.. Try to take lukewarm water, and take a cough syrup ASCORIL D 10ml 1-1-1 for 5 days, if your symptoms are persistent consult with chest x ray
