Whenever i try to sleep, everytime i have wheezing associated with dry cough since five months. It gets aggrevated by eating cold food products.

Hi noted above history and related x ray. As you mentioned above symptoms are since 5 months could be related to bronchitis or asthmatic symptoms,if you are hypertension symptoms and diabetes then it is must to consult with physician
