I have terrible upper back and left side shoulder pain from past two years. the pain is radiating to left side chest also. when ever i move my neck i feel some sound. With this pain i feel drowsiness 24/7 and feel faint sometimes but daily,not able to do routine work. Not able to sit still. i feel that i am falling down so constantly i use to move my legs and body in chair at office and at house. when ever i feel faint and drowsiness i use to feel that heart beat stopped. Every day i use to feel similar symptoms. From past 5 days it is more. kindly suggest me the what i have to do sir..
