Drop in blood platelets

Sir my brother platelets keeps on dropping within a gap of two months. In the month of August his platelets count was 20,000 then we admitted him to hospital and gave 4 unit platelets from doner and it increased to 47,000  and brought him home then he was given papaya leave syrup and giloi. Today we again tested and his count is 60,000. I am attaching his report for your advise.
