I am on Tab Fludec 10mg alternate d0ay as maintenance dose for depression. I have a lot of dreams in night while sleeping. So I don't feel freshness after awakening

For depression,psychotherapy is essential part of treatment.Only medication 'll not help you. Your grief,confusion,unconscious desire or fear can't be solved by medication.You 'll get relaxation in your physical symptoms only with medication. Try to consult with a Clinical psychologist.

I hope you take fludac in the morning. Also practice sleep hygiene and healthy lifestyle with regular walk and some yoga. It should help improve sleep quality
