I had decay at wisdom teeth and it was causing to 2nd molar teeth. Doctor removed the decay and filling with GIC ( glass ionome cement) between wisdom teeth and 2nd molar. Is that good way to handle this ? Or will i need to remove wisdom teeth in future

Hello. Your lower wisdom teeth on both the sides are horizontally placed which means they are not in proper alignment which will lead to increased food accumulation between your second molar and wisdom teeth and make you prone to get cavities in both teeth. Even if you get filling done there will be chances of getting secondary caries under the filling. Therefore it is advisable to get the wisdom teeth removed. Do get it done by any Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon or experienced General Dentist.

Hello. Yes the wisdom tooth has to be removed. The reason is, as you can see in the xray here, it is putting pressure on its adjacent tooth and this will cause further issues in the future. If possible, i suggest get both lower wisdom teeth removed. (Both side 3rd molars of mandible) The GIC treatment is fine for the 2nd molar there as the caries is not that deep. So you are good with that.
Next Steps
Get both wisdom teeth of lower jaw extracted.
