Doubts relating to PCOD

2016-09-14 11:09:26
Hi, I have PCOD. I want to understand what kind of diet restrictions should i follow to avoid weight gain? As such I dont eat a lot of sugar or anything unhealthy for that matter. My lifestyle is fairly healthy and I exercise atleast for 1 hour everyday. I dont have friend items and junk food at all. I have honey with lemon in morning, should stop that? I also eat nuts everyday- like almonds, walnuts, anjeer, dates- should i stop these also? Is jaggery also harmful? Should i stop eating rice also?
