I took sompraz d double dose by mistake. Taking also h pylori kit. Any side effects possible? Please guide. I am taking sompraz d due to h pylori treatment.

No need to worry. Taking a double dose of Sompraz-D once by mistake is unlikely to cause any serious harm. At most, you may experience mild side effects like headache, nausea, dizziness, or loose motions.
Since you are already on H. pylori treatment, continue your medications as prescribed from the next dose onwards. Do not repeat the double dose.
