Doses of raw amla to reverse white beard

My son of age 29 years  suffering from premature white  beard and  hair since last 3 years. Now I want to take raw amla fruit to reverse and slow down process of whitening of beard and hair. His weight is 45 kgs. Please tell how many raw amla does  he need to eat for above said purpose ???

Give him pranayam training. Second you can give him fresh amla to eat daily. 3rd change his diet plans give him fresh vegetables and fruit salad to eat. If you want to give him raw amla then you can give him one table spoon of raw amla two times in a day.
