Why all doctors told not to eat fruits , dry fruits and milk if u want weight loss .. what's the reason behind .

Hi, it depends on what kind of diet plan you were engaged in. If you were advised for KETO diet, then you should restrict carbohydrates- which is in fruits, milk. As our body uses carbs for energy, when we restrict our body from carbs its next energy source is fat. So in keto diet plan, you will be advised to no/low carb diet & high fat diet. Consult your doctor or nutritionist for proper guidance.

Fruits,  dry fruit and milk these three thing r not causing  any effect if u wnt to loose weight although  it give u energy to ur body.  Weight loss mainly occur when u cut off oily and fatty food in ur diet.  And certain  other thing which if u add in ur daily routine  it helps in reducing  weight easily.
