From how many days? Do You have chills along with fever? Joint pain and retro orbital pain ? Loss of appetite? You should go for few more tests like MP antigen, Widal, IgM antibody, NS1 Ag test. To rule out the cause for the you should definitely go for these tests. As I can see your platelets count is low. This occur case of viral fever, dengue etc.
