According to World Health Organization (WHO) and National Guidelines on Rabies Prophylaxis, individuals who have documented proof of completing a primary course within the last 3 months are considered fully protected against new exposures. Since you received it 5days ago,no need of taking a booster dose.

If you completed the full post-exposure anti-rabies vaccination course and the new Category III dog scratch occurred within a few days of completing the schedule, you are generally considered protected. However, proper wound washing is still essential.
Next Steps
Please mention the date of the scratch, whether the skin was broken/bleeding, and the date you received your last rabies vaccine dose. Consult a physician or anti-rabies clinic for assessment. In most cases, a re-exposure shortly after completing PEP does not require restarting the full course.
Health Tips
Wash the wound thoroughly with soap and running water for at least 15 minutes and apply an antiseptic. Seek medical review promptly if the exposure was significant or if there is any doubt regarding the vaccination schedule completed.
