I have taken all 4dose of Government guided Rebis vaccination but after completing the course within 5days one dog scratch (CAT3) ..do I need booster dose?

According to World Health Organization (WHO) and National Guidelines on Rabies Prophylaxis, individuals who have documented proof of completing a primary course within the last 3 months are considered fully protected against new exposures.
Since you received it 5days ago,no need of taking a booster dose.

If you completed the full post-exposure anti-rabies vaccination course and the new Category III dog scratch occurred within a few days of completing the schedule, you are generally considered protected. However, proper wound washing is still essential.

Please mention the date of the scratch, whether the skin was broken/bleeding, and the date you received your last rabies vaccine dose. Consult a physician or anti-rabies clinic for assessment. In most cases, a re-exposure shortly after completing PEP does not require restarting the full course.
