I had a dog bite one year ago grade 3, i recived avr but no serum was given. Now after 1 year i again had a grade 3 dog bite, what should be administered? Do i have to take the full course of serum, avr and tt Or just serum and avr 0 and 3 Or just avr 0 and 3. Please clear out.

Since it has been 1 year, you need a full course of vaccination along with serum. You won't need a shot of TT again if you had one last time. The protocol for re-exposure is: Exposure within 3 months: Standard wound cleaning and first aid. There is no need for vaccination. Exposure after 3 months to a year: Vaccination on days 0 and 3 only at 1 site. Exposure post 1 year: Full course of vaccination.
