In the first place,I feel opposite teeth should also be checked with.....concept of referred pain....pain of one location felt in opposite tooth.If no such finding in opposite tooth..Good....
Then the tooth on which crown is given should be checked for Any prevailing High points that trigger pain on closure...If yes...those should be relieved...
And to be judgemental any further beyond this point...You need to share Any more xrays if u have or else the CBCT report as well.
