Is it possible that taking protein powder (b protein powder) can cause a delay in periods? i am being asked to start protein powder but will it mess w my cycle ??

Does a decent diet or a Chicken Biryani or any tasty dish delay your periods ? If not, then even protein powder will not delay your periods (unless you conceive during the time you are on protein powder).
