I have a horizontal lying wisdom tooth in my jaw at the right side. There is no pain. It's there since many months and i have not gotten it removed because no pain is there. It's very close to the other tooth but not touching it by a slight margin. Do i have to get it removed. What are risks of non removal

There is no serious risk of retained wisdom tooth if it is not showing any symptoms. Regular mouth rinses and brushing will keep the area clean from food debris and accumulation of plaque.
Next Steps
Keep it under observation, visit dental clinic for regular dental checkup and get your Xrays done to see any changes.

Impacted horizontal wisdom tooth can cause decay in adjacent erupted molar tooth if not removed timely. Also later on can get infected and cause pericoronitis which is a painful condition. So it is advisesable to get it removed timely.
Next Steps
get a  xray done to betterasses the condition.

Please get a Digital OPG done. And share it. In some cases, it won't do anything. Whereas in some, it will impact the adjacent tooth.
