Yes you can get pregnant after 1 week of periods. The day u get your periods is the day 1 of the cycle. From day 8 to day 21 is fertile period for a 28-30 days cycle women.

Yes the fertile period is between day 8 to day 18 counting from day one of the periods So if you bled  for 3 to 4 days and then after one week you had intercourse means it was in the fertile period
