Hello sir , there is no relationship between h. Pylori and cervical node. You do a FNAC of those nodes
Next Steps
meet a ent or general surgeon

GERD and H pylori does not cause lymph nodes , you see a general physician first  after seeing it physician  can advise  you some antibiotic s. And he will rule out causes of infection  and enlarged  lymph node.If this doesn't  subside with  antibiotics  then you see a surgeon and get FNAC of  lymph node done
