Does 24 hour fasting helps to promote the LDL decrease in your body. Also it helps to reduce the uric acid etc..?

24 hour fasting is not a solition. after 24 hour when you take the meal its go high again. just , maintain oil less diet.and for uric acid avoid milk and animal protein
