Do you have any sos medicine for stress
1-I get additional stress due to unavoidable circumstances . Can you suggest any remedy or any sos medicine that I can take to handle this unforeseen stress . Such stress gives me terrible headache and I feel very weak at those times .
2-Feel numbness in limbs n fingers especially on waking up in the morning.
3-a continuous dry cough with shooting pain to the head.
4-is alcohol intake permitted during medication?

1)There is no medication in this world that improves adaptive and stress taking capabilities of a person. Consult a psychologist in view of improving stress tolerance.
2) & 3) physical symptoms are often seen in psychological stress. Consult a psychiatrist for these.
4) alcohol interferes with action of most medicines and should be avoided at all cost.
