I was told by a dentist that my xrays show minor bone loss and periodontitis. I was told even after good oral hygiene there is bone loss which could be a sign of autoimmune disease. I m scared. Pls help.

Yes, X-ray is showing minor bony changes in upper right back region and that's about it. You are still very young, so the doctor might be suggesting aggressive periodontitis. Even if you have this problem, it can be easily treated by getting proper gum therapy (teeth cleaning) every 6 months and close monitoring.
Next Steps
Visit a nearby periodontist (Gum specialist) for proper check up and diagnosis, this is the most important thing! proper diagnosis.
Health Tips
This condition usually runs in the family so check with your siblings, parents and grandparents, if they have all their teeth intact you don't have to worry so much!!

Yes it could, but it could also be hereditary or hormone related. Did any of your parents start losing teeth at a relatively young age? Many people, especially women suffer from periodontal problems at a young age for no apparent reason. It doesn't necessarily have to mean something significant. Is there any other symptom that you are ignoring?
Next Steps
There is no harm in consulting a general physician once. They will suggest routine blood tests after which we will know if there is any medical condition.
Health Tips
Don't worry, just follow the doctor's advice.
