I have DNS and my right nose max time blocked. I get cough and cold easily. I do anulum vilom pranamyam and also my diet is healthy.No cold items I take. Should I use anu/shadbinduoil to get improve my DNS issue. Which is better in. Between both Is there any way without surgery to DNS issue recover

If nose blockage is because of DNS then surgery is the option, better to get a NCCT PNS to rule out sinusitis.
