Dizzyness, tiredness and chest pain

Its been 5 days post my antibiotic course of typhoid. I feel dizyness while standing, vomiting sensation, muscle pain, tiredness and chest pain. Why am i having these symptoms? I feel like i have no energy. What is wrong with me?
