Dizziness while standing up

Respected doctors i am noticing dizziness when I stand up after some times and within few seconds it goes away what could be the reason for this plz guide me

Your condition might be due to postural hypotension.  That is your blood pressure getting low in the standing position. It has many causes.  Please observe how frequently you are getting it. Need to get evaluated if it is happening frequently. Can take a consultation with me.

can be due to anaemia or if your bp is normal then nothing to worry
