I have been experiencing shortness of breath, for the past 10 days. It all started after I got tonsilloliths which I removed using my fingers and also after using bug spray extensively back in May. Along with shortness of breath, I have following  symptoms: 1. extreme dizziness. I just stand up and get very dizzy like I'll fall down 2. I also have pulsatile tinnitus, and my left leg and arm are very weak 3. I have constant tingling in my left limbs 4.  my throat feels very tight and numb and I'm constantly yawning even though I'm not tired (like every 5 mins). 5. The nape of my neck also keeps hurting and I have weird pressure in my head and neck. I got few tests done. My ecg, echo and chest xray came back normal. I have a ferretin level of 10 , hs-crp of 35.1 (I was told this is bad) and homocysteine level of 30.5. My cardiologist has cleared me of any heart issues and I have no anxiety issues. Please help me...what can this be
