Dr I've been feeling very Dizzy since past few days everything around me is spinning non stop even fainted twice went to clinic checked blood pressure everything normal they said heart beating fast. This is the third day I'm feeling very Dizzy Dr Gave me medicine for dizziness but no difference keep getting worse
