Based on what you've described, your symptoms are unlikely to be explained by anxiety alone and deserve a thorough medical assessment. I would recommend seeing a General Physician (Internal Medicine specialist) first, who can evaluate all of your symptoms together and refer you to a neurologist or gastroenterologist if needed. Initial investigations may include a CBC, ESR/
CRP, blood
sugar (
HbA1c),
kidney and
liver function tests,
electrolytes (including
calcium and magnesium),
thyroid profile (
TSH),
vitamin B12,
vitamin D, iron studies, and a urine examination. Depending on your symptoms, your doctor may also advise MRI brain, endoscopy, stool tests, or other imaging. Treatment will depend on the underlying cause, so avoid self-medicating until the diagnosis is clear. In the meantime, stay well hydrated, eat small frequent nutritious meals, and seek urgent medical care if you develop worsening weakness, severe difficulty walking, persistent vomiting, severe weight loss, or any sudden neurological symptoms.
