Hello mam/ sir from last week i am having dizziness ,light headneess issue.had vertigo for once. other symptoms: bloating (didn't eat anything unhealthy) not having any pain in ear ,no ringing of ear etc current meds: etizolam .25 propranolol 20 mg i do not have any underlying health issue except GAD. current physical state is really uncomfortable (mild bloating+ moderate dizziness)
