Hello, I have started doing pranayaam in the morning since a week and one of the bandhas called neck lock posture.. Where you lock chin to the collar bone.. I started pressing it too hard.. And I suppose This is making me feel dizzy and nauseous.. Although I don't have cervical issue.. I have thyroid.. But this dizziness has increased a lot now. I have stopped doing this yoga pose.. But what should I do to get rid of dizziness? Pls suggest...

Your dizziness is not due to neck lock posture but due to pranayama. Pranayama is a form of hyperventilating that leads to Low carbon dioxide levels that in turn lead to narrowing of the blood vessels that supply blood to the brain. This reduction in blood supply to the brain leads to symptoms like lightheadedness and tingling in the fingers. Severe hyperventilation can lead to loss of consciousness.
Next Steps
Stop pranayama for a few days
