I am feeling slight dizzy and weak. I got my bp checked it's 120/77. Pls advise if I need to get any check up done. My eyes feel stressed. I get proper sleep and eat on time

I want your detailed history..i don't want to treat you blindly without knowing the cause of the problem,I will try my best to treat you. some questions I might ask that will give me little idea about your history 1.    Since when you feel like this 2.  What is your job? 3.    Are you in any kind of stress 4.    Is there a history of heart disease in the family? 5.    Do you see any skin changes in you please givme a feedback ASAP.
