For last 2-3 days I am feeling dizziness when I suddenly move my head or getting bend down suddenly or get up quickly And there is also mild pain inside head Last time I visited a doctor and he gave medicine of vitamin and calcium and it was cured temporarily Recently I have travelled nearly 19 hours by train and carried heavy machinery(trolley bags) What can be the reason?what would be your suggestion ?
